Accommodation is in comfortable safari tents, rooms, cottages and family cottages. Self-camping option are for those with their own equipment.

There are 10 safari tents on twin beds, that are mounted on raised platforms each with it’s own terrace, and wonderful views of the Lake. Electric lighting, 2 directors’ chairs a writing table and a hammock for your comfort. This accommodation uses shared bathroom and toilet facilities. The safari tents are very popular with visitors so be sure to book early.

The 12 cottages are located in two terraced blocks with panoramic views up the lake offering both twin bedded and double bedded occupancy options. These rooms are very suitable for those looking for single occupancy rooms. The rooms are all self-contained with en-suite bathroom, toilet facilities. Each room has a small private terrace to relax.

Apart from the above, there are 2 family cottage which are self-contained units, and fully furnished for convenience. Satellite TV, a longe, two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 persons. A fully equipped kitchen with utensils is also part of the accommodation package. The cottages have a small terrace and lawn frontage on which to BBq or picnic.

For those on a budget traveling without the burden and bulk of their own camping equipment why not consider renting a mobile tent from the camp with or without bedding. Choose your pitch and it will be set it up.

This is located 410 kilometers south-west of Kampala. After you cross the equator you drive through Masaka and later Mbarara on a good tarmac road.
