Rwanda is one of the countries found in the Eastern Rim of the Albertine Rift,on the western arm of the Great Rift Valley. The country is termed as the “Land of thousand of hills.” Bordered by Uganda in the North, Congo in the west, and Burundi in the South and Tanzania in the East.The country is 26,338sqkm with a population of 8128,553 people, Kigali being the capital city and the highest peak is Karisimbi (4,507m) in the volcanic Virunga chain. Because of its Natural beauties the country has continued to attract tourists that have flocked in to view gorillas which is the main attraction.

The main parks here include: Parc National Des volcans, the Gorillas,Nyungwe National park,for the chimps,Akagera National park.The country is primarily a subsistence agriculture economy Tea and coffee is the major cash crops.
