Gorilla Tracking in Uganda
Day 1: Kampala – Kisoro
Drive to Kisoro in the early morning South West of Uganda to Mgahinga National Park . You will have lunch in Kabale to continue through a road that takes you through the marvelous landscapes referred to “Switzerland of Africa”. While traveling look out through the window to see mountains, hills with terraces, rain forest and bamboo forest. This journey takes about 9 hours. You will rest, have dinner and spend the night at Travellers Rest Hotel Kisoro.
Day 2: Gorilla tracking
Go for a whole day Gorilla tracking to check out the Nkuringo group in South Bwindi and Nyakagyezi group in Mgahinga National Park . Tracking gorillas is a tedious activity but observing these giants play, feed and interact erases the poor memories of finding them. Overnight at Travellers Rest Hotel Kisoro (Suite Room)
Day 3: Kisoro – Kampala
In the morning drive back to Kampala to have a lunch stop in Kabale and then proceed to reach in the evening. Overnight at Sheraton Hotel / Serena Hotel .
